Return Policy

Replacement of items can only be entertained only if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged then you can return it to RENTOLE for replacement immediately after receiving. Prior to shipping the return to RENTOLE, you will need to inform us within 48 hours starting from when you received the order by hand, by calling Customer Service Department on +92 331-1110770 or emailing at for the replacement to be processed. If approved, you may ship your item to Saleenz for replacement.

How to Return?

Step 1

If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality of work, size of the outfit, you should get back to us within 48 hours of order delivery.

Step 2

After that you have to generate a query, to the Customer Care division of via Whatsapp or Email.

Step 3

Company will look into the issue and get right back to you within the next 24 hours.

Step 4

After reviewing the nature of the complaint, we may offer you an exchange or store credit of less or equal value with a validity date of the credit.


• All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse and if we found that the articles are washed, used, damaged or not in original state then we will not consider the item for replacement.

• We will not consider the replacement if customer sends it without notifying RENTOLE E-Store by calling and by sending an e-mail to the Customer Services.

• The items should be in their original packing with tags intact for replacement / exchange to be processed.

• Customer will have to bear the shipment charges in case of replacement.

• Sale items cannot be exchanged / replaced.
